The Pub Dilemma

A man orders up a jug of 8 litres of beer for himself and a friend, he wishes to share it
evenly between the two of them.

Unfortunately the pub only has two 5 Litre jugs and one 3 Litre jug.

How can the two friends share the beer so as to each have exactly 4 Litres?
