Love is forever
this much is true
he is the only thing
that stops me feeling blue.

How do I know I love him?
How do I know I care?
Because to be apart from him
my heart it cannot bear.

They say that it will never last
and that we are too young.
But I'm sure if they sampled our love,
they'd stop their vicious tongues.

So do I love him you all ask,
or am I just a fool.
Is there a 'standard' kind of love,
does there have to be a rule?

He only has to come near me,
to stop my beating heart.
I truly hope with all my heart,
that we will never part!
