Sorrow

Reach down deep within yourself.
Look deep, with open eyes.
Seek the truth that lies within,
your soul can tell no lies!
The eyes will show your hidden pain,
they cannot hide the sorrow.
And sleep! It comes,
in fits and bursts...
Today
Becomes
Tommorrow.
The soul can be a tortured thing,
kept locked up deep inside.
But pain will show it's face again...
this pain just will not hide.
The sorrow that you've kept within,
the words with which you've lied,
will one day be too much to bear.
Then one day, you'll have died!
